7. Right of Withdrawal

Customers have 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal without providing justification.

Digital Products
In accordance with applicable legislation, the right of withdrawal does not apply when:

The customer has expressly accepted the start of the digital content supply
By completing the purchase, the customer accepts the loss of the right of withdrawal once access to the digital content has begun.
8. Returns and Defective Products
If a physical product contains defects or errors, the customer must notify DM Consulting & Training within a reasonable period after receiving the product.
DM Consulting & Training will proceed with replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.
