The workshop explored the clinical application of the approach outlined in her book Living Without Fear, which focuses on understanding fear not merely as a symptom, but as an adaptive response in contexts of trauma and relationship-based violence.
During the event, Dolores Mosquera also presented her book Living Without Fear, and the organisers gave a copy of the book to each of the attendees. The training covered topics such as understanding gender-based violence, traumatic bonds and the development of practical tools to help people rebuild their sense of security and self-esteem following experiences of violence.
